Combined restoration has two major components:

1. fixed restoration, bridge (further information can be found at Dental crowns and bridges )
2. removable partial denture (further information can be fount at Cosmetic Dentures)

The suitable condition of bones is an essential base for implantation. As a result of the decay of jaw bones the height and width of bones is no longer sufficient in some cases. We suggest having a combination of fixed and removable restorations when there is no chance to place dental implants.

A dental bridge is fitted on the remaining teeth, than a removable partial denture is connected to that. The removable restoration is fixed to the bridge with specific connectors or snaps that “clip” onto the bridge. With the connectors we achieve support, stability and retention suitable for the removable partial denture.

This removable restoration with hidden anchors is aesthetic and the fixation of the denture is invisible. Stable, well-functioning restoration does not harm the remaining teeth.
